Welcome to the Full Body Method!

This is our flagship program suitable for all fitness levels, which aims to deliver efficient "bang for your buck" movements to improve both strength and cardiovascular fitness. The sessions focus on compound lifts targeting the major muscle groups every session at a high intensity to elicit best results.

Rather than a 'Leg day' or "Chest day' type split, the design of this program is to target all major muscle groups each session. This allows for maximum effort and sustained motivation throughout the 6 weeks.

(Bench Press and Deadlifts will be the progressive overload exercises for this 6 week block where you'll gradually increase both weight and repetitions. Accessory exercises and conditioning sets are embedded into the workouts for added value.)
