Peptides for tendon pain? Remember, 1) heavy progressive strength training increases blood flow to a tendon dramatically more than any peptide and 2) strength training also causes tendon structural changes at the right dosage, which no peptide has been shown to do. Yes, a quick fix with injections sounds alluring but you should still remain sceptical of peptide promises for tendon health as the promised benefits are often not better than properly dosed strength training. See these our tendon health management article for more proven ways to manage tendon pain- Tendon Pain Resolution
When any “alternate medicine” has strong evidence to suggest it could work for you, it will be called just “medicine” and should be listed in the sections above.
